This is the perfect "put it out in the universe " I live near by these development. I would rollerblade past the sales trailer everyday and I would always say I am going to sell a unit in this building. I can't afford it but I will sell one because this is the best building in millionaires row, there has been nothing like it built in years. Met a wonderful client with his family and fell in love with it and I was able to find them a resale off market
They say every client has their specialty. I definitely found mine. I love finding my clients the perfect turnkey ready income producing homes. This is truly what I have a passion for. I love finding the investors the perfect turkey property and immediately start making them money on their investment
This home stared out as a project MW was going to develop for a client. Unfortunately the client had some unforeseen health problems and could not continue with his original plans. I had other clients looking for the perfect investment opportunity either to flip or keep and short term rent the property. I was so happy I was able to get the seller the money he needed right away. Also get my (buyers)clients a property they are going to flip. I was able to represent both seller and buyers on a killer deal
